Sayra Player is offering a breathwork session as a way to gather the LPTW community.  

Inspired by holotropic techniques, this breathwork opens altered states where creativity, healing, and inspiration meet. For artists, it can dissolve blocks, spark new visions, and reconnect you with the deep well of imagination within.

This practice helps release old patterns and emotional imprints, creating space for authentic expression. Blending science and spirit, it grounds mystical experience in the body while expanding the psyche into possibility.

Through breath, you heal, listen, and create — reclaiming your fullest self as both human and artist.
